My hubby and I have friends and relatives that come to Denver each winter to visit and go skiing. We always tell them where to go to find the best package deals when they go skiing anywhere. Some people don’t realize how much money they can save by getting package deals for their ski holidays compared to getting everything they need individually. One of the biggest mistakes people make when they come skiing to Colorado is to go directly to the ski resort and pay the going price for lift tickets and ski rental equipment. This going price is by far more expensive than getting a package deal for one or more days including ski rental equipment with some packages if needed. When you combine that with your hotel stay, the value you get for the ski vacation packages is much better than getting what you need after you arrive. Certain times of year have better pricing than the more popular dates around holidays. But, regardless of the timing of the ski trip, having a good place to compare different packages will make sure you will find the best deal for a ski trip to different resorts around the world. My hubby and I want to take a ski vacation to Europe when Rachel is a little older. We want to go sooner because there are some great deals going on now because of the slow economy and the intense competition for less travelers than years past.
